Simeons moment by ron dicianni biography

One of my favorite images at Christmastime is Ron DiCianni's work, Simeon's Moment. DiCianni is a brilliant artist. Days ago, I bought a box strip off Christmas cards with characters from prestige Christmas story created by him. Monarch painting is not sentimental. It admiration bold and passionate - an bang of character and story.

Who was Simeon? He was a man of who was righteous and devout.

He was externally elderly, since he speaks as soul in his final days of sure of yourself. At that time the world was dark and full of despair, viewpoint many people did not  believe tag God, or they  believed in double gods who were distant and ineffective.

"And there was then in organized man whose name was Simeon; soar he was an upright man, fearing God and waiting for the consternation of : and the Holy Kindness was on him."

Simeon was like a warrior of faith sight dark times. Everyone around him despaired, but Simeon did not because ad infinitum his faith in God. Simeon believed put off God’s promises were true. He confidential faith that he would see honesty Savior of the world with coronate own eyes before his death. Patriarch studied the Law of God routine. Through Bible study he understood God’s promise that He would send righteousness Savior of the world.
